مدل‌سازی مصرف انرژی در سیستم‌های اینترنت اشیاء با استفاده از شبکه‌های پاداش تصادفی

چکیده

سیستم‌های مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیاء (IoT)، امروزه در حوزه‌های مختلفی اعم از کنترل سلامت، شهر هوشمند، ساختمان‌های هوشمند و غیره کاربرد فراوانی دارند. یکی از نگرانی‌های جدی در سیستم‌های مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیاء، مصرف انرژی و نحوه مدیریت آن است. این سیستم‌ها منابع محدودی در اختیار داشته و در بسیاری از مواقع دسترسی به آنها دشوار است، بنابراین لازم است که منبع انرژی آنها به‌طور بهینه مصرف و مدیریت شود. به‌منظور طراحی و ساخت سیستم‌های مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیاء موارد متعددی مانند تراشه‌های قابل استفاده، نوع پروتکل ارتباطی، زمان‌بندی انتقال داده‌ها و غیره نیاز به تصمیم‌گیری مناسب دارد که بر مصرف انرژی سیستم تأثیر مستقیم می‌گذارد، بنابراین، در فاز طراحی این سیستم‌ها، مدل‌سازی و ارزیابی مصرف انرژی و مطابقت آنها با نیازمندی‌ها امری لازم و ضروری است. در این مقاله یک مدل مبتنی بر شبکه‌های پاداش تصادفی (SRNs) برای مدل‌سازی و ارزیابی کمّی مصرف انرژی در سیستم‌های مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیاء پیشنهاد شده است. در این روش ابتدا چگونگی مدل‌سازی منبع انرژی و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر روی آن توضیح داده شده است سپس با استفاده از این مدل‌های پایه، به مدل‌سازی کل سیستم مورد مطالعه پرداخته می‌شود، در نهایت با تغییر پیکربندی سیستم، به مطالعه عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مصرف انرژی و اندازه‌گیری آنها پرداخته می‌شود و با استفاده از نتایج، مناسب‌ترین پیکربندی انتخاب می‌شود. این روش می‌تواند منجر به کاهش چشمگیر هزینه‌های یک سیستم قبل از عملیاتی نمودن آن شود. در این مقاله یک مورد مطالعاتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و تأثیر عوامل مختلف، نظیر تعداد گره‌های متصل به سرخوشه، وجود حالت خواب/بیداری و نرخ ارسال‌های متفاوت بر عملکرد سیستم و مصرف انرژی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در واقع تأثیر پیکربندی سیستم بر روی میزان مصرف انرژی سیستم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و نشان داده شده است که با افزایش تعداد گره‌های متصل به سرخوشه، به‌منظور کاهش 75 درصدی تعداد بسته‌‎های داخل بافر و کاهش تأخیر انتها به انتهای بسته‌ها باید از فرستنده با نرخ ارسال 0.037 استفاده شود.
