شناسایی و دسته‌بندی رفتارها به‌منظور آشکارسازی رفتارهای غیر معمول با استفاده از مدل مارکوف مخفی

چکیده

 این مقاله یک رهیافت برای مدل کردن رفتارهای معمول و آشکارسازی رفتارهای غیر معمول ارایه می‌دهد. این رهیافت از چند بخش اصلی تشکیل شده است. ابتدا با استفاده از یک روش آشکارسازی، ناحیه‌های متحرک و پیش‌زمینه جداسازی می‌شوند. در مرحله‌ی بعدی نرخ‌های اشغال- ساکن (Busy-Idle) به­عنوان ویژگی‌های رفتاری تعریف می‌شوند و بر اساس این ویژگی‌ها، برای هر بلوک از پیکسل‌ها یک مدل رفتاری استخراج می‌شود. به شرط یک مجموعه از داده‌های معمول، از روش دسته‌بندی طیفی برای دسته‌بندی رفتارهای معمول استفاده می‌شود. در این دسته‌بندی، بلوک‌های پیکسل‌هایی که رفتارهای مشابه دارند، در یک دسته قرار می‌گیرند. سپس برای بلوک‌هایی که در یک دسته قرار گرفته و رفتار مشابه دارند، یک مدل رفتاری برای آن دسته تعریف می‌گردد. مدل رفتاری پیشنهادی در این مقاله یک مدل مارکوف مخفی (HMM) می‌باشد. نتایج دسته‌بندی و رفتارهای معمول به‌دست آمده برای آشکارسازی رفتارهای غیر معمول استفاده می‌گردد. به این ترتیب که با توجه به مدل‌های رفتاری معمول هر دسته، اگر برای یک بلوک پیکسل نمونه، احتمال آرایه‌ی مشاهده شده به شرط مدل‌های معمول، از یک حد آستانه کمتر باشد، آن بلوک به­عنوان محلی که در آن رفتار غیر معمول اتفاق افتاده شناخته می‌شود. نتایج آزمایش روی داده‌های ویدیویی، کارآمد بودن، دقیق بودن و سرعت رهیافت پیشنهادی را نشان می‌دهد.
