تشخیص انواع سرطان خون با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی تبدیل هسته‌های پیچشی تصادفی و XG-Boost

چکیده
سرطان خون یکی از شایع‌ترین و خطرناک‌ترین انواع سرطان در جهان است. در بسیاری از موارد، اگر این بیماری در مراحل اولیه شناسایی شود، قابل درمان است. یکی از ابزارهای مؤثر برای تشخیص زودهنگام، تحلیل داده‌های ریزآرایه است که بیان هزاران ژن را به‌صورت هم‌زمان اندازه‌گیری می‌کند. با این حال، حجم زیاد ویژگی‌ها و وجود نویز، فرایند تحلیل را پیچیده و زمان‌بر می‌سازد. ازاین‌رو، انتخاب ژن‌های مؤثر نقش کلیدی در افزایش دقت و کاهش هزینه‌ی محاسباتی مدل‌های یادگیری دارد. در این مقاله، یک روش ترکیبی دو‌مرحله‌ای برای انتخاب ویژگی و طبقه‌بندی انواع سرطان خون ارائه می‌شود. در گام نخست، ویژگی‌ها با استفاده از معیار اطلاعات متقابل فیلتر شده و ژن‌های دارای بیشترین ارتباط با برچسب بیماری انتخاب می‌شوند. در گام دوم، از مدل XGBoost برای رتبه‌بندی و انتخاب پایدار ویژگی‌ها استفاده می‌شود تا ژن‌هایی که در تکرارهای مختلف بیشترین اهمیت را دارند شناسایی شوند. در مرحله‌ی نهایی، طبقه‌بندی با بهره‌گیری از روش تبدیل هسته‌های پیچشی تصادفی‌انجام خواهد شد که امکان یادگیری سریع و کارآمد الگوهای پیچیده میان ژن‌های منتخب را فراهم می‌سازد. نتایج تجربی بر روی مجموعه‌داده‌های واقعی ریزآرایه نشان می‌دهد که روش پیشنهادی با دقت 99.2 درصد عملکردی برتر نسبت به روش‌های پایه داشته و توانسته است با کاهش مؤثر ابعاد داده، ژن‌های کلیدی مؤثر در تمایز انواع سرطان خون را شناسایی نماید.
