یک رویکرد ناحیه‌مبنا و نوآورانه با ادغام ویژگی‌ها برای بهبود مرز و بخش‌بندی تصویر

چکیده
الگوریتم حوضه‌ی آبریز از روش‌های شناخته‌شده‌ی بخش‌بندی تصویر است که به دلیل دقت بالا در تعیین مرز اجسام، در حوزه‌هایی مانند پردازش تصاویر پزشکی، ماهواره‌ای و میکروسکوپی کاربرد گسترده دارد. با این حال، حساسیت زیاد آن به نویز و جزئیات ناخواسته باعث بروز پدیده‌ی بیش‌بخش‌بندی و کاهش دقت نتایج می‌شود. در این پژوهش، روشی ترکیبی با عنوان FIMW (Feature-Integrated Marker Watershed) معرفی شده است که با ترکیب بازسازی تطبیقی لبه‌ها و نشان‌گرهای مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های طیفی، نشان‌گرهایی دقیق‌تر و پایدارتر تولید می‌کند. این ترکیب باعث کاهش نواحی اضافی و حفظ جزئیات کلیدی تصویر می‌شود. ارزیابی روش روی مجموعه داده‌ی BSDS500 نشان می‌دهد که شاخص VI به میزان ۷/۸% کاهش یافته، و شاخص‌های CV و  PRIبه‌ترتیب ۱/۴% و ۰/۷% بهبود یافته‌اند. این نتایج بیانگر افزایش دقت در شناسایی مرز اجسام و کاهش پدیده‌ی بیش‌بخش‌بندی در مقایسه با روش‌های مشابه است.
