مدلسازی کیفیت خواب سالمندان با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتسبورگ براساس حسگرهای غیرمداخله‌گر خانه هوشمند

چکیده
باتوجه‌به رشد چشمگیر فناوری خانه‌های هوشمند و کاربردهای گسترده آن در حوزه‌های مختلف، به‌ویژه در زمینه سلامت و مراقبت از سالمندان، پایش و تحلیل الگوهای رفتاری ساکنان به یکی از موضوعات حیاتی و مهم تبدیل شده است. در این میان، خواب به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی حفظ سلامت جسمی و روانی، نیازمند بررسی دقیق و مداوم است. این پژوهش با تمرکز بر این موضوع، از داده‌های حسگرهای محیطی خانه‌های هوشمند برای تحلیل الگوهای رفتاری افراد در طول خواب و بیداری استفاده کرده و تأثیر کیفیت خواب در روزهای قبل بر کیفیت خواب فعلی را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. نوآوری اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه یک مدل ترکیبی پیشرفته است که در آن امتیاز خواب با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتسبورگ کمی‌سازی شده و عوامل مؤثر بر آن با به‌کارگیری یک مدل ترکیبی یادگیری عمیق شامل شبکه‌های عصبی CNN و LSTM مدل‌سازی شده است. این رویکرد ترکیبی، امکان تحلیل دقیق‌تر و جامع‌تر الگوهای خواب را فراهم می‌کند. نتایج ارزیابی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مدل پیشنهادی در مقایسه با روش‌های پیشین، از دقت بالاتری در پیش‌بینی کیفیت خواب برخوردار است. این یافته‌ها گامی مهم در جهت بهبود پایش سلامت افراد، به‌ویژه سالمندان، محسوب می‌شود و می‌تواند به‌عنوان پایه‌ای برای توسعه سیستم‌های هوشمند مراقبت از سلامت در آینده مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
