پیش‌بینی رضایتمندی مسافران خطوط هوایی با استفاده از شبکه های عصبی ترکیبی

چکیده
صنعت هوایی یکی از مهم‌ترین صنایع جهان است که پس از شیوع COVID-19 با تغییرات چشمگیری مواجه شد. کاهش شدید تعداد مسافران چالش‌های جدی را برای شرکت‌های هواپیمایی ایجاد کرد و با بهبود شرایط، ضرورت ارائه خدمات باکیفیت برای افزایش رضایتمندی و وفاداری مسافران اهمیت بیشتری یافت. در این راستا، بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین و یادگیری عمیق می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در پیش‌بینی میزان رضایت مسافران و بهینه‌سازی خدمات ایفا کند. در این پژوهش، یک مدل ترکیبی مبتنی بر شبکه‌های حافظه بلند-کوتاه مدت دوطرفه (BiLSTM) ، شبکه عصبی پیچشی (CNN) همراه با مکانیزم توجه برای پیش‌بینی میزان رضایتمندی مسافران ارائه شده است. BiLSTM برای پردازش داده‌های متنی و درک وابستگی‌های زمانی طولانی‌مدت مکانیزم توجه برای تمرکز بر ویژگی‌های مهم و نادیده‌گیری اطلاعات کم‌اهمیت و CNN برای استخراج ویژگی‌های کلیدی از داده‌ها به کار گرفته شده‌اند. در مدل پیشنهادی خروجی BiLSTM همراه با مکانیزم توجه با CNN ترکیب می شوند. این ترکیب موجب بهره‌گیری همزمان از توانایی‌های پردازش توالی‌های زمانی(BiLSTM) به همراه اعمال مکانیزم توجه و همچنین استخراج ویژگی‌های محلی (CNN) شده و دقت و عملکرد مدل را در پیش‌بینی رضایتمندی مسافران بهبود داده است. مجموعه داده مورد استفاده شامل ۱۲۹۸۸۰ نمونه از نظرات مسافران بوده و شامل ۲۴ ویژگی است. برچسب نهایی این داده‌ها میزان رضایتمندی مسافران را با دو مقدار "راضی" و "ناراضی" مشخص می‌کند. نتایج آزمایش‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ترکیب این سه بخش (BiLSTM + CNN + Attention) با دقت ۹۹/۷۵٪،یادآوری ۹۹/۹۷٪ و معیار F1، ۹۹/۸۶٪ بهترین عملکرد را در پیش‌بینی رضایتمندی مسافران ارائه داده است، بنابراین، مدل پیشنهادی می‌تواند به شرکت‌های هواپیمایی در بهبود کیفیت خدمات و افزایش وفاداری مسافران کمک شایانی کند.
