طبقه‌بندی بیماری آلزایمر بر اساس داده‌های کلینیکی با استفاده از ماشین یادگیری فراگیر

چکیده
آلزایمر یک بیماری زوال سیستم عصبی مغز انسان است که معمولاً به‌صورت نامحسوس آغاز می‌شود و باتوجه‌به اینکه آسیب مغزی حاصل از این بیماری برگشت‌ناپذیر است، تشخیص به‌موقع آن در روند درمان یا جلوگیری از پیشرفت بیماری بسیار مؤثر است. اخیراً پژوهش‌های زیادی انجام شده است که طبقه‌بندی بیماری آلزایمر را با استفاده از روش‌های یادگیری ماشین و بر روی داده‌های MRI، سی‌تی‌اسکن، پت‌اسکن و بیومارکرهای مایع مغزی نخاعی انجام می‌دهند که در آنها فرایند تشخیص اولیه به‌کندی انجام می‌شود. چالش‌های اصلی در این پژوهش‌ها شامل تشخیص دیرهنگام بیماری، دقت پایین، سرعت کم در تشخیص و پیچیدگی پردازشی و نیاز به منابع محاسباتی قدرتمند برای پردازش داده‌های پیچیده و حجیم است. لذا باهدف مرتفع کردن این چالش‌ها، در این مقاله ابتدا روش ماشین یادگیری فراگیر برای طبقه‌بندی بیماری آلزایمر استفاده شده است. یکی از ویژگی‌های روش پیشنهادی این است که بر روی مجموعه‌ای از داده‌های کلینیکی که از آزمایش‌ها و معاینه‌های بالینی به‌دست‌آمده است، اجرا شده و نیازی به داده‌های تصویربرداری مثل MRI یا پت اسکن نیست که این ویژگی روش پیشنهادی منجر به تشخیص زودهنگام بیماری با هزینه کمتر و قبل از پیشرفت بیماری می‌گردد. نتایج آزمایش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که روش ماشین یادگیری فراگیر تشخیص بیماری را بادقت 98.275 درصد انجام می‌دهد. این روش 3.448 درصد بهتر از جنگل تصادفی، 6.896 درصد بهتر از شبکه‌ی عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه و 8.62 درصد بهتر از ماشین بردار پشتیبان است. همچنین در این تحقیق، میزان تأثیر هریک از علائم بیماری بر موارد ابتلا مشخص شده که این عمل با استفاده از روش‌های انتخاب ویژگی انجام شده است. این نتایج می‌توانند در تشخیص به‌هنگام بیماری و در مطالعات مربوط به درمان یا کند کردن روند بیماری استفاده گردد.
