طبقه‌بندی تصاویر CXR متعلق به شش نوع بیماری ریوی با استفاده از روش اختلاط خبره‌ها مبتنی بر ماشین یادگیری سریع و الگوهای پنج‌تایی محلی بهبودیافته

چکیده
کووید-19 یک ویروس جدید است که باعث عفونت دستگاه تنفسی فوقانی و ریه می‌شود. تصاویر رادیولوژیکی برای نظارت بر بیماری‌های مختلف ریوی بوده و اخیراً برای نظارت بر بیماری کووید-19 مورد استفاده قرارگرفته‌است که با هدف تشخیص زودهنگام و کنترل گسترش همه‌گیری بیماری به‌کار گرفته می‌شود. بیشترین تحقیقات در این حوزه، به مقالات مبتنی بر روش‌های یادگیری عمیق اختصاص داشته است. با توجه به مدت زمان آموزش و پیچیدگی محاسبات زیاد این روش‌ها، در این مقاله از اختلاط خبره‌ها مبتنی بر ماشین یادگیری سریع با شبکه میانجی آموزش‌پذیر (MEETG) استفاده شده است. در MEETG از مزایای ماشین یادگیری سریع برای طراحی ساختار اختلاط خبره‌ها استفاده شدهاست. فرآیند یادگیری ماشین یادگیری سریع بسیار سریع‌تر از ماشین بردار پشتیبان و پرسپترون چند لایه می‌باشد و قابلیت تعمیم بهتری را نسبت به آن‌ها دارد. در ادامه، از الگوهای پنج‌تایی محلی بهبودیافته به‌عنوان توصیف‌کننده بافت برای استخراج ویژگی و از MEETG به عنوان طبقه‌بندی‌کننده برای تشخیص شش نوع بیماری ریوی و افراد سالم استفاده شده‌است.

برای ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی، از پایگاه‌داده RYDLS-20 با نمونه‌های نامتعادل که حاوی تصاویر اشعه ایکس قفسه سینه متعلق به هفت کلاس شامل شش بیماری مختلف ریوی ذات‌الریه ناشی از ویروس‌ها (کووید-19، سارس، مرس و واریسلا)، باکتری‌ها و قارچ‌ها و همچنین ریه‌های سالم استفاده شده است. هدف اصلی، دستیابی به بهترین میزان تشخیص ممکن برای کووید-19 در بین انواع دیگر ذات‌الریه و ریه‌های سالم است. معیارهای دقت طبقه‌بندی، صحت، بازخوانی و معیار-F برای ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی استفاده شده‌است. نتایج تجربی نشان داد که معیار-F برای تشخیص کووید-19 برابر با 0.897 و همچنین میانگین کل معیار-F و دقت به ترتیب برابر با 0.80و %97.07 می‌باشد. میزان بهبود میانگین کل معیار-F روش پیشنهادی در مقایسه با k- نزدیک‌ترین همسایه، درخت تصمیم، پرسپترون چند لایه و ماشین یادگیری سریع حدود 24%، 43% ، 37% و 20% و در مقایسه با روش‌های مبتنی بر یادگیری مرکب نظیر اختلاط خبره‌ها و کیسه‌ای حدود 0.19% است.
