ارائه مدل جدیدی برای انتخاب الگوی جریان داده و اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین با مد سفارشی‌ساز

چکیده

زنجیره‌‌ های تأمین با مد سفارشی‌ ساز، در زمرة زنجیره‌های چابک قرار دارند، بنابراین تغییر در ساختار فیزیکی آنها، اجتناب‌ناپذیر است؛ تغییر ساختار فیزیکی، جریان کالا و مواد آن را متأثر می‌سازد. اینجاست که بازنگری در الگوی جریان داده و اطلاعات، ضرورت پیدا می‌کند. این بازنگری باید به طراحی و پیاده سازی هماهنگ ترین الگوی جریان اطلاعات با ساختار جدید فیزیکی در زنجیره بیانجامد. از این روست که در مقالة حاضر تلاش شده است تا اثرات تغییر در جریان کالا بر جریان اطلاعات مورد بررسی و کنکاش قرار گیرد و مدلی به منظور طراحی الگوی جریان اطلاعاتی، متناسب با جریان مواد و کالای زنجیره با استفاده از قابلیت‌های مدل سازی ریاضی ارائه گردد. در همین راستا، پارامترهای مهم و تأثیرگذار و سازنده‌ی دو الگوی جریان مواد و اطلاعات مورد بررسی و احصا قرار گرفته و اثرگذاری پارامترهای مرتبط با دو جریان برهمدیگر شناسایی و بررسی شد. با استفاده از قابلیت‌های مدل سازی ریاضی، سیستم مورد نظر مدل شده است. در واقع مدل ساخته شده با دریافت پارامترهای مربوط به جریان مواد و کالای زنجیره‌های سفارشی‌‌ساز، الگوی متناسب اطلاعاتی آن را ارائه می دهد.
