So, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems are being developed to help dermatologists in early and accurate diagnosis. A common CAD system is composed of three steps: 1) segmentation, 2) feature extraction, 3) classification. Segmentation is the first and most important step in the auto diagnosis systems. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new method based on geometric active contours that combines texture and color information to separate the lesion area from healthy skin. Combination of texture and color information can play an important role in distinguishing between lesion and healthy skin pixels. The innovation of this paper is the way that, color and texture information are combined together to define the speed function and the use of texture features in the form of an image. In this method, in order to use the color information more effectively two color spaces CIE L*a*b* and CIE L*u*v*, have been adopted. For the texture features extraction, several methods of texture analysis including Gabor, GLCM, local entropy filter, local range filter and local standard deviation filter have been used. To evaluate the proposed method, two databases including dermoscopy images, were used: The ISIC2017 database (including 2750 data) and the PH2 database (including 200 data). Then, the results were compared with the recent works on these two databases. Experimental results showed that, the proposed algorithm has the highest accuracy (97.92% for PH2 database and 94.78% for ISIC 2017 test data), sensitivity (97.83% for PH2 database and 90.11% for ISIC 2017 test data) and specificity (99.45% for PH2 and 98.53% for ISIC 2017 test data) in comparison with recent state-of-the-art algorithms.}, keywords = {Dermoscopy Images,fused texture features,geometric active contours,pigmented skin lesions,Segmentation,texture and color information}, title_fa = {قطعه بندی تصاویر ضایعات پوستی با استفاده از ترکیب اطلاعات بافت و رنگ}, abstract_fa = {از آن جا که تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پوست می تواند کمک شایانی به درمان بیمار کند، سامانه های تشخیص به کمک رایانه در حال توسعه هستند تا متخصصان پوست را در این زمینه یاری دهند. این سامانه ها سه گام اصلی دارند: 1) قطعه بندی، 2) استخراج ویژگی، 3) طبقه بندی. قطعه بندی، اولین و مهم ترین گام در سامانه های تشخیص خودکار است. در این مقاله، یک روش جدید براساس کانتورهای فعال هندسی معرفی می شود که با استفاده از ترکیب اطلاعات بافت و رنگ قسمت ضایعه را از پوست سالم جدا می کند. استفاده از ترکیب اطلاعات بافت و رنگ می تواند نقش مهمی را در ایجاد تمایز بین پیکسل های پوست سالم و ضایعه، ایفا کند. نوآوری این مقاله در چگونگی ترکیب اطلاعات بافت و رنگ در تابع سرعت و استفاده از ویژگی های بافت به صورت تصویر است. در این روش برای استفاده ی مؤثر از اطلاعات رنگ، از دو فضای رنگی یکنواخت CIE L*a*b* و CIE L*u*v* استفاده می شود؛ برای استخراج ویژگی های بافت نیز، از چند روش تجزیه و تحلیل بافت شاملِ فیلتر گابور، روش ماتریس هم رخدادی، فیلترهای آنتروپی، محدوده تغییرات و انحراف معیار محلی استفاده می شود. برای ارزیابی روش پیشنهادی از دو پایگاه داده ی ISIC2017 و PH2 که به ترتیب شامل 2750 و 200 تصویر درموسکوپی هستند، استفاده شد. مقایسه ی نتایج با پژوهش های اخیر نشان می دهد، الگوریتم پیشنهادی مقاله بالاترین میزان دقت (92/97% برای پایگاه داده ی PH2 و 78/94% برای داده های آزمایش پایگاه داده ی ISIC2017)، حساسیت (83/97% برای پایگاه داده ی PH2 و 11/90% برای داده-های آزمایش پایگاه داده ی ISIC2017) و اختصاصی بودن (45/99% برای پایگاه داده ی PH2 و 53/98% برای داده های آزمایش پایگاه داده ی ISIC2017) را برای هر دو پایگاه داده کسب کرد.}, keywords_fa = {اطلاعات بافت و رنگ,تصاویر درموسکوپی,ضایعات پوستی رنگدانه دار,قطعه بندی,کانتورهای فعال هندسی,ویژگی های بافت ادغام شده}, url = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_94242.html}, eprint = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_94242_c23b2008133fffc74c3d2bcf778aa021.pdf} }
