A large percentage of the overall price of a given product belongs to distribution costs. Accordingly, eliminating unnecessary trips and optimizing traversed routes are considered to be one of the ideal solutions to reduce distribution costs. The aim of this study is to develop a dynamic distribution model in cold supply chains of dairy products by using an enhanced hybrid metaheuristic approach based on ant colony optimization. The proposed distribution model is defined according to the capacitated vehicle routing problem (CVRP) where vehicles' routes are not specified for the distribution of dairy products and depending on the volume of orders requested by each trailer on a given day, the minimum number of vehicles along with optimal distribution routes are determined. We assess the efficiency of our proposed distribution model by generating some test data inspired by the data collected from Qazvin Pegah Dairy Company in five different levels of distribution. The evaluation criterion is compare with the results of the current static distribution system. The experimental results indicate that the proposed dynamic distribution model exhibits more efficiency and flexibility than the static distribution system in terms of transportation costs, manpower and handling costs due to fewer number of vehicles employed, shorter mileage traversed and less fuel consumed.}, keywords = {Cold supply chain,dynamic distribution model,Capacitated vehicle routing problem,ant colony optimization}, title_fa = {یک مدل توزیع پویا در زنجیره های عرضه سرد با استفاده از الگوریتم بهینه سازی کلونی مورچه (مطالعه موردی: پگاه قزوین)}, abstract_fa = {در دنیای رقابتی امروز کاهش هزینه‌های توزیع از جمله موارد مهمی است که در سرلوحه تفکرات مدیران صنایع قرار گرفته است. درصد زیادی از قیمت تمام‌شده یک محصول متعلق به هزینه‌های توزیع آنست. بنابراین حذف مسافت‌های غیرضروری و بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای طی شده به‌عنوان یکی از راه‌حل‌های مطلوب برای کاهش هزینه‌های توزیع شناخته شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، ارائه‌ی یک مدل توزیع پویا در یک زنجیره عرضه سرد مواد لبنی با استفاده از یک روش ترکیبی اصلاحی فراابتکاری مبتنی بر بهینه سازی کلونی مورچه است. مدل توزیع پیشنهادی بر پایه مساله مسیریابی وسیله نقلیه ظرفیت دار (CVRP) تعریف می شود که در آن، مسیرهای وسایل نقلیه برای توزیع مواد لبنی از قبل مشخص نیست و با توجه به حجم سفارش‌های مربوط به آن روز توسط هر خرده‌فروش، تعداد وسایل نقلیه کمینه همراه با مسیرهای بهینه توزیع مشخص می‌گردد. ارزیابی کارآیی مدل توزیع پیشنهادی بر پایه مجموعه دادگان تستی که با الهام از داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از شرکت لبنی پگاه قزوین تولید شده است در پنج سطح متفاوت توزیع انجام گرفته است. معیار ارزیابی، مقایسه با نتایج سیستم توزیع ایستای کنونی در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج آزمایش‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مدل توزیع پویای پیشنهادی به دلیل کاهش قابل محسوس تعداد وسایل نقلیه بکار گرفته شده، مسافت طی شده کوتاه تر و مصرف سوخت کم تر، باعث صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل، نیروی انسانی و هندلینگ شده و کارایی و انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتری نسبت به سیستم توزیع ایستا دارد.}, keywords_fa = {زنجیره عرضه سرد,مدل توزیع پویا,مسأله مسیریابی وسیله نقلیه ظرفیت دار,بهینه سازی کلونی مورچه}, url = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_92877.html}, eprint = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_92877_456a7b813d102fb2918d6c4a08aae490.pdf} }
