The model is inspired byfunctionality of the cells of cortex postsubiculum layer. This model is based on visual information so, robotvisual input from environment is considered as input of the model. V1 layer of visual cortex of the brain, ismodelled by Gabor filter due to extracting image texture and Gabor filter histogram is used as imagefeatures. Therefore, the model can be used in real environments with similar colors. The output dimension ofthis layer is decreased using unsupervised basic dimension reduction techniques such as Kernel-PCA, PCA,ISOMAP and MDS. High-dimensional data suffer from problems called curse of dimensionality. Byreducing the data dimension, in addition to the reduced data volume storage, this problem is to overcome. Tothe best of our knowledge, the model is the first model that was developed with the purpose of dimensionreduction. Another innovation is presentinga fuzzy clustering model. Using limited number of direction cells,the model makes interpolate possible to find robot head direction in defuzzification step. In previous modelssuch as Tokonaga and Milford, output angels are limited to number of direction cells, while this constraint isresolved in the proposed model. The output of direction cells provided by the model are similar to the actualoutput of the direction cells that have been obtained from experimental tests on the brain. Theimplementation results of the proposed model is evaluated and compared with other methods. In most casesresults show higher accuracy.}, keywords = {Hippocampus,Dimension Reduction,Mapping,Mobile Robot,Fuzzy Clustering}, title_fa = {ارائه یک مدل فازی نقشه شناختی ربات متحرک با الهام از سلولهای جهت سر و مکانی با رویکرد کاهش ابعاد}, abstract_fa = {چکیده - در این مقاله یک مدل جدید برای نقشه ربات متحرک ارائه شده است. در این مدل از عملکرد سلولهای جهت سر در قشر postsubiculum الهام گرفته شده است. این مدل بر اساس اطلاعات بینایی ربات بنا نهاده شده است از اینرو ورودی مدل پیشنهادی تصویری است که ربات از محیط دریافت می کند. در مدل پیشنهادی لایه V1 از قشر بینایی مغز, با استفاده از فیلتر گابور با توجه به اینکه بافت تصاویر را به عنوان خروجی می دهد, مدل شده است. هیستوگرام فیلتر گابور تصاویربه عنوان ویژگیهای تصاویر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. از اینرو مدل می تواند در محیطهای واقعی که حتی رنگهای محیط مشابه هستند به خوبی به کار گرفته شود. ابعاد داده های خروجی این لایه با استفاده از روشهای کاهش بعد بدون ناظر, کاهش داده می شود. این مدل اولین مدلی است که با رویکرد کاهش بعد ارائه شده است. یکی از مشکلات مهم داده ها با ابعاد بالا, نفرین ابعادی است؛ لذا با استفاده از کاهش ابعاد, علاوه بر اینکه از حجم ذخیره سازی داده ها کاسته شود, بر این مشکل نیز فائق می آییم. از روشهای کاهش ابعاد پایه مانند Kernel-PCA, PCA, ISOMAP و MDS و برای کاهش ابعاد استفاده می شود. یکی دیگر از نوآوریهای مدل, استفاده از مدل فازی خوشه بندی است. این مدل موجب میشود تا با استفاده از تعداد محدودی سلول جهت سر بتوانیم در مرحله غیرفازی سازی به درونیابی در یافتن جهت واقعی سر ربات بپردازیم. در مدلهای پیشین مانند مدل توکوناگا و میلفرد با این محدودیت مواجه هستیم که فقط میتوان به تعداد سلولهای جهت سر, زاویه به عنوان خروجی تولید شود, اما در مدل پیشنهادی این مساله حل شده است. همچنین خروجی عملکرد این مدل برای سلولهای جهت سر مشابه با خروجی واقعی سلولهای جهت سر است که از آزمایشهای تجربی روی مغز بدست آمده است. در نتایج پیاده سازی مدل پیشنهادی ارزیابی و با روشهای دیگر مقایسه شده است که در بیشتر موارد به نتایج با دقت بالاتری دست یافته ایم.}, keywords_fa = {هیپوکمپ,کاهش ابعاد,نقشه,ربات متحرک,خوشه بندی فازی}, url = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_51666.html}, eprint = {https://jscit.nit.ac.ir/article_51666_52e06109e6489ca494362f1b7bdaeefb.pdf} }
